Great News! Graycen9, from Zebra Zone Ccc, has been selected as a finalist for this week's "Artist of the Week" award for the PreK-3rd age group. The finalist who receives the most online votes between now and Saturday November 7 will be selected as our "Artist of the Week."

At this time, ALL teachers have submitted artwork for their class. Hopefully every student has been represented and we will continue to update their accounts with new beautiful pieces! Parents should have received parent codes from their teachers as well.

Between ZZ and WW 126 people (78 families)- Great turn out!!! You can still join if you have not done so already!
Roommoms- responsibilities are to collect class dues to pay for teacher luncheons, auction baskets, celebrate birthdays, and Christmas. Share the Teacher’s favorites list with the parents in the class.
Wish Lists- check out your class’ board.
Pictures- offer to pay for printing pictures. Talk to each teacher about how and where they print pictures
Fundraising- Cookie Sales- We need a parent to help organize this. Some families choose to “opt-out” and donate $$$ instead. We also need a parent to help with Original Art Works, which we do in the spring.
Auction Chair- Cayce Rabel and Caroline Bennett will work on this. If you would like help, let them know.

Auction- Classes make baskets- room moms in charge of baskets for each class to donate. Themes due on March 10th.
Auction on April 24th at 5:00.
Auction Baskets- try to get more things donated
Room moms will type up lists of what are in the baskets. Shrink wrap on April 16th and set up on April 17th. Bidding sheets go out on Wednesday 4/22.
February 17-20th Community Helpers Week- Pilot from Continental, SBISD K9 unit, SBISD Bus Driver, Ambulance
Oasis for Children Feb. 26th
February 27th is Rodeo Day- pony ride, parade, need a homemade stick horse
February 16 we are CLOSED!!!
