Auction Information

Auction Meeting Notes

Our Spring Show and Silent Auction are Friday, May 7th.

Each class has a basket that the parents put together and a class project that the teachers make.
We will sell raffle tickets for a few large items.
See Stacy Brezina (stacy.burkhart-brezina@springbranchisd.com) for the Tax Form to give to Vendors or Individuals wishing to dotate.

Class Basket themes/ideas are due to Cayce Rabel (cayce.rabel@springbranchisd.com) or Caroline Bennett (Caroline.bennett@springbranchisd.com) by the next PAC meeting on March 9th. Email your list of items and name of basket to Carrie Kohl (Carrie.Kohl@springbranchisd.com) by April 29th


If you have something to donate, we can always add it to a basket… please let us know!
Let’s put together a basket of homemade items. We have a lot of moms who make cute crafty things (frames, cheese plates, etc.) that we can put into one basket.

Mark your calendars… We will need parents to help set up and take down for the Auction

April 29th and 30th we will be putting together the Auction Baskets and shrink wrapping them
Saturday, May 1st at 10 AM we will be setting up the tables and Baskets in the hallway at school
May 3rd- Booklet with Auction items list will go home with students

Auction Meeting Tomorrow 2-18-10

All Room moms/dads should attend an Auction Meeting tomorrow (2-18-10) at 4:00 in the Bendwood Library. If you are not a room parent, you are welcome to join us as well! Let's make this year's Silent Auction the best!

Reminders!!!

Do not forget that Thursday, February 18th is our Auction Meeting. Please join us to help plan our annual Silent Auction that we do with our Spring Show. This is a huge fundraiser for Zebra Zone's students. We will meet at 4:00 in the library.
