c.       Santa Visit:  Dec. 7^th **If your book is gender specific, please mark it

VIII.            Treasurer Report:  Have roughly $10, 000

a.       Board to meet ASAP for Budget Planning—Nov. 8^th

b.      Christmas Parties—Stacy will purchase items

IX.                 Executive Board Reports

a.       Every check to be signed by two people

b.      Three people will be on the account—Caroline, Cayce and Stacy

c.       A Treasurer is needed

d.      Can now apply for grants

e.      Guthrie students are creating a video that captures the excitement throughout the year

f.        Purchased 4 digital cameras for ordering prints on-line

X.                  New Business

a.       PTA:  $5 per person

b.      Will resend letter for PTA dues ($5 PTA/$30 Activity Fund)

c.       Carrie and Caroline attended (LOT) training
